Founder and President

Kathy Bouttry is the founder of Love, Peace, and Happiness Outreach, a for non-profit organization that helps and bring awareness. LPHO’s mission is to effectively and successfully meet the educational and social needs of children through providing comprehensive educational and enrichment programming, and social/physical activities; and by meeting the needs of children and families through providing community services, supports and resources.

Kathy is married to Robert Webb Jr. and has two beautiful children Ry'Teisear and Robert  Webb III. In 1969, Kathy was delivered to her beautiful mother, the late Teresa Bentley in Detroit, Michigan.

Kathy was raised by her loving grand-parents, the late Mr. Bennie Bentley Sr. and his beloved wife, Laney Bentley. Kathy and her siblings were blessed to have such loving and caring grandparents. While being brought up in the Bentley household, Kathy and her four siblings were taught how to help and give to others that were in need by their grandfather, widely known as

Pa-Pa. Kathy carries these same morals with her today, and has instilled them into her lovely children. Aside from her own children, Kathy also played a very special role in the lives of her nieces and nephews.

Because Kathy deeply valued education, she pursued both her Bachelor’s and her Master’s degrees from the University of Phoenix, where later applied her great talents, skills, and work ethics to the City of Thomson.

Kathy has always enjoyed helping other children and families and serving God while doing so. For her adult life,  Kathy has been a significant help in the community spreading nothing but Love, Peace, and Happiness that she learned since her upbringing from a little girl. Kathy has a sincere desire to ensure that every family in need experiences Love, Peace, and Happiness.
